Jamaican Black Castor Oil:
Regular Castor oil is a light yellow, semi-thick and relatively scentless oil. To make castor oil the raw beans are cold pressed to extract the oil. Jamaican Black Castor Oil, on the other hand, is a rich, dark colour and has a roasted scent. To make this oil the beans are roasted at a high temperature, ground together and then boiled; almost like a thick coffee. It contains the same hair loving properties as the traditional Castor Oil, however what sets it apart is the way that it opens up the hair shaft better than castor oil. Also due to the way that it is produced lots of ash deposits can be found in the oil. Ash is super alkaline which gives it a higher PH balance. For hair, this means that cuticle is able to open up more easily and you get better absorption of the fatty acids and vitamins and minerals to boost and stimulate hair growth.
Combining this with Regular Castor Oil makes it truely unique.
Pumpkin Seed Oil: In a study conducted with topical applicable of pumpkin seed oil, hair growth was see in only three weeks after treatment.
Pumpkin seeds are rich in Vitamin B7, also known as biotin. This helps to increase keratin levels in hair strands, making the stronger. The also contain Omega 3 fatty acids, such as oleic acid and linoleum acid. These are lubricating and have strong anti-bacterial effects. They help to increase the blood flow to the hair follicles which contribute to increased hair growth and strength.
Evening Primrose Oil: This precious oil when used in hair, is known to hydrate, nourish and fortify the hair strands. This helps prevent and reduce hair loss.
